Hello all, just to let you know that I have added my latest update from My Allotments, I hope that you are all managing to still get to your allotments despite the very unsettled weather we are all experiencing, regards Steve.

Lovely photos as usual Steve and congratulations on all the work you and your colleagues are doing with the schoolchildren. This is such important educational groundwork for them and hopefully will encourage them to take an interest in growing things and understand how much work is involved in producing food. hopefully preventing them from becoming the vandals of the future who go into allotments and damage and destroy the hard work of others. Well Done.

Thankyou Primrose for your reply and comments, it is amazing to see the look on the children's faces when they realise that something that they thought only came from a packet or tin actually grows in the soil and as you said if it gives them an insight into a better way of life then that's great, regards Steve.
