Hi all

Ive never grown this before but the plants are now about 6-9 inches high (I'm expecting them to get toa foot or more)

The thing is that two plants look as if they are developing flower heads in the centre.

Is this likely or am I looking at something different?

Thanks for any help you can give.

David

Your pak choi is bolting. The reason is that now is the wrong time to grow it. But eat the flowerig shoots - delicious, and try again late summer.

Cofion gorau - Regards

Thanks Alan. Guess I'll have a nice stir fry tea today and get some seeds for later in the year.

Excellent write up by the way.
