It's great to be back on my allotments and it is definitely improving my health, thanks to all of you who have sent messages of support to me during the last few weeks they have been a great source of encouragement to me, I have posted my progress of the past week for you to enjoy, thanks Steve.

Hello Steve, I'm sure all those seeds you've sown will have soon caught up, especially if the warm weather continues. Best of luck with the plot this year, it's looking fab already! I really enjoy reading your updates each week, keep 'em coming!
