I understand the clocks go forward tonight. I hope you will be up in the church tower at 2am :!: Let us know how it went

Dear Alan, i must admit to a terrible sin, ever since i have been winding the Church clock, i have often thought about altering the clock to the opposite of what it should be, as in when it goes forward an hour, putting it back an hour. :)

Bet my phone wouldn't stop ringing all day. :)
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

You could always try turning your clock back 30 years - then you'd be in the same time zone as NW Wales

Poor Herby

He'll be up there for quite a while now, turning his little handle.

As for turning the clock back, where would you turn it back to? I'd love to have lived in Dublin in the late '70's early '80's. What a vibe the place had, a lot like Liverpool at that time. Troubled but vibrant. I would also have changed my decision and gone travelling with my first boyfriend. Who knows where I would have ended up

What would anyone else do if you could go back to a point in your own lifetime. Would you change anything or do the same again?
Lots of love

Lizzie

Hi Gilly,
I would dearly love to live in France but I fear I have left it too late. Many years ago I spent a year there and always vowed I would live there someday.
I have got to renew my driving licence for the second time shortly so you can see why.

Mission accomplished, i thought it was never going to get light this morning, but looking forward to the lighter evenings, i might even do something special tonight :)

I would have saved you some of my vegetarian chilli if i'd known. Never mind.

I prefer cheese and onion on toast but go with whatever floats your boat
Lots of love

Lizzie
