This was in Kitchen Garden about a year ago, I made it a few times but now I can't find it, and I can't see it on the website either. Did anyone keep it?

Well, I've looked through mine and it must have been on page 79 of March 2006 - but I have torn the page out!!! So if you have that copy it would be great if you could look for me - I do remember the main ingredients but how much creme fraiche, and were there any onions or spring onions in it? ( To save you tying the whole thing out!)
Page 80. Here it is......
115g/4oz unsalted butter, diced.
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
2 salmon fillets, 600g/1lb 12oz in total.
400g/14oz fresh spaghetti.
350g/12oz purple sprouting broccoli, cut into 5cm/2in pieces.
Zest and juice of a lime.
2 tbsp white wine or water.
200ml tub low fat creme fraiche.
Seasoning.
Melt half the butter in a pan and add garlic and fish fillets. Cook fish until just firm (4/5 mins each side) and remove - keep warm. Keep the cooking juices in the pan.
Meanwhile cook the pasta as directed. Steam the broccoli for a few minutes but keep it crunchy.
Add the remaining butter, lime zest and juice, wine and creme fraich to the juices in the pan and bring to a simmer - whisking - over a low heat.
Break the fish into chunks. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, stirring in the fish.
