I grew 60 lots potatoes in the 14 litre black plastic pots from T & M last year - very successfully. This year I want to increase this and add another 20. However, assuming that polypots are the same as those from T & M, it looks as though polypots only sell in 100's. I don't really need 100 but the 100 rate from them is much cheaper per pot than the 20 for T & M. Seems a bit of a waste to pay an extra £13 for 80 pots I probably won't use. On the other hand, how long do these pots last? Apart from the 1 pot that got extremely stretched by 9lb 10 ozs of Winston potatoes (I literally had to prise them out), they look as though they will last many seasons.
