moving asparagus

I wonder if anyone can advise?I have to move from my plot to make way for a car park and have been allocated a much better plot nearby.My question is ,can I move my 3 asparagus beds planted as 1 year crowns feb.04 or should I start afresh with new stock in the new beds and put up with the waiting all over again?Many thanks in advance for any advice,Ferret.
