I am truly fed up. Our car has developed problems and is going to cost £670.00 to fix. I am now retired and we don't have a lot of extra cash. Going to have to try and sell some of my chickens and my beloved ducks to raise some cash. They say money doesn't buy happiness but a small lottery win would help this weekend. Sorry to moan, I know there are lots of people worse off or ill etc. I always tell my boys to count their blessing so I better go and start to count mine. Thanks for listening.

it depends on your car, but its sometimes better to get the local freead paper and find a cheap car with a longmot, 3 or 4 hundred will buy a lot of car if youre not fussy. our youngun has had several rovers over the last 6 or 7 years. when one fails the mot its replaced by another.

I agree with Richard....spend the £670.00 on repairs and its dead money...the car will certainly not appreciate by that value

Sometimes its best to cut your losses and trade the car in against another
