If it is blisters on the leaves, they won't do any harm to the curds. Keep well watered.

Whilst I sort out a better picture, they are hard green bumps embedded to the leaves, i picked one off and they do appear to contain small eggs or pupi......any further ideas
If I am not on the plot, I am not happy.........
Don't know then Compo but I am still inclinded to say they won't do any harm to the curds.
