Lately, I've been thinking about how to make the food I cook at home more healthy and of better quality. I want to not only diversify my dishes, but also add more nutrients to them. I'd be interested to hear your advice on other natural additives, spices, or products that can improve the taste and health benefits of home-cooked meals.

Welcome Sayotychek!
Obviously if you have a small patch of garden or some pots you can grow your own vegetables & herbs. It will surprise you just how much more flavour there is in fresh cut herbs, tasty tomatoes, cucumbers etc. Even simple radishes & spring onions taste different than bought ones. If you look online at the big herb/spice suppliers products like Bart's they have a huge range of both well known & exotic herbs & spices & most have advice written under regarding flavour, uses & health benefits. Health food stores are also extremely helpful with advice & recommended uses & worth a browse. Have fun looking, there are some interesting things to discover.

I’ve found that adding ingredients like turmeric, ginger, and garlic can really boost both flavor and health benefits. They’re great for anti-inflammatory properties and digestion. Also, try using more greens like spinach or kale in dishes, and swapping regular oils for olive or avocado oil.
