Mr Potato Head

There's something special for the forum members on page 6 of the August issue. 8)

If it's right, I'll take all the credit. If it's not, then it's someone elses fault!

It had been bugging me, you know, that lingering feeling that Mr PH looked strangely familiar under that helmet and cape  .

Now I know they were a disguise, its the Cunning Plan that gives it away. Remember Baldrick holding that potato in Black Adder, it was Mr PH  .

Well in the close ups anyway, they used a stunt potato for the action shots. :?

Excellent news that there will be a KG stand at 2 shows, but from what I saw of the Autumn show not long ago it was crowded to the point of couldn't move freely and most of it had nothing to do with gardening, let alone vegetables. I vowed never to waste time and money going again which is a pity as Malvern is conveniently close to house(Hereford) and farm(nr. Monmouth). However if there is anyone making a weekend trip from far away we have acres of empty field for weekend camping and would welcome you at the farm and you can see our humble efforts for nothing.

You may well find myself and The Grock turning up on one of your fields

Now, where's that bloody tent gone......... 8)

Was thinking of going to Harrogate as we regularly go to Harlow Carr, only 1¼ hrs and the wife has joined RHS, but if it is as packed as the shows that get the TV coverage I might not bother.
Nobody else got the Malvern picture today? Surprised no comment, can't believe my post is quicker.

There I was getting all excited, ripped open the discrete grey plastic envelope when I got home from work, rustled through the pages to page six and ..............................................................................a photograph.

Shame on you Mr PH, it wasn't even a compromising one, perhaps Chantal kept those under cover!

Seriously though, nice to put some faces to names and to see some magazine / forum interaction. :D

The Malvern Nonet, but looks like they ate well. <grooannn>.
