Is this a Vine Weevil??

Hi I found this Bug on some sawn wood on my plot
I am not sure if it’s a Vine weevil? I have had the obvious leaf cutting on my Roses but they seem healthy at the moment , Thanks

Longhorn beetle, not vine weevil; Don't know which one so some further research will be needed.
