Hi Tigger,

Trousers and I took a fantastic photo of my home-made flowerpotman today in anticipation of the forthcoming Piglet(te's) Birthday Bash, and we were trying to get that photo up on the forum to make Mr. & Mrs. P giggle rather a lot, and Trousers says he can't get it up. Well, I ask you..........

I HAVE asked Lizzie to come to our rescue, but she's only just got back from GWL and is knee deep in cooking dinner, bless cotton sox.

You're going to wet yourself when you see it.
If you think you can help, PM us, will you?
You're a very very nice person...
Thank you.

Pete, do you mean Lizzie's "knee deep" or the knee in the photo? I'm was a little confused thinking that was a funny looking dog until I reread Lizzie's first post.

Wicked photo Wellie

The knee in the right of the photo. Can't see if it is a skirt or shorts.

It's my knee, and they're sort of cycling-shorts-ish.
Whilst Trousers would have me garden in a skirt, my 'Elderly Next Door' would probably have a heart attack, so modesty prevails most of the time....!

Hi Piglet ! - Hope you liked it.
Yes, I'm afraid it's Pork.....
I've just found a fab recipe for a 'compote' to go with cold meats. Fancy a gamble? It's Rhubarb and Chilli. We'll make some anyway and bring it, no?
(I feel like Dotty out of Vicar of Dibley......)

Can't wait, really looking forward to it.

I'm sorry i'm going to miss it.

It's Big Andrews birthday and he wants to have a day out. There's a place in Delamere Forest that does things like climbing 60ft up a tree so that you can glide down on one of those coat hanger things. Plus there are rope slides ect. It's just a big boys play ground really. Check it out www.goape.co.uk

I've said i'd buy a 3 hour session on it for his birthday. Now, where are those life policy documents?
Lots of love

Wellie, now that you have cured me of my pork product phobia I have decided that one of the dishes will be a huge joint of my 2nd cousin (a gloucester old spot)studded liberally with garlic cloves and covered with some quality crackling, served up with some of last years "piglets pantry" homemade apple sauce.

You and Paul will need to stop eating about Thursday to do the spread justice.
Kindest Regards, Piglet

That sounds really yummy Piglet. Wish i could sack Big Andrew off and come to your bash instead. Thing is, I'd have to stop eating NOW to enjoy all that delicious food.

I do like a nice bit of crackling

Hi Babe !
(None intended clearly....! 'Film' ?!)

Wellie has just squealed from the kitchen that my POT BELLY will never be able to fast from Thursday to Sunday without a bacon buttie.....

I'm sure that we met your 1st cousin just recently at the Cheese Rolling Festival just up the road. He was completely naked (don't look Ethel ....!) and was 'doing a turn' for the plated audience around lunchtime, and funnily enough, we never saw him again!!
So we'll look forward to meeting your 2nd cousin on Sunday then, shall we?

Wellie wants to know: "Will HE be naked too?!"

She's going to bring the Rhubarb & Chilli Compote anyway, and I'm not sure that I'll be able to wrestle it out of her arms on the way to the car on Sunday morning......

Cheers David !
