Liqued calcium.
I reckon if I go one village west, dig up some chalk, water it down a bit and stick it in a tube I'll have Mr PH's toothpaste.

Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.

About 10 years ago I spent a couple of years devising and using a pyschological type of questionnaire and I know how hard it is. It really needs to be tested out thoroughly first, preferably on awkward, picky individuals.
I get the impression that this questionnaire is NOT just for KG but with an eye for other magazines, and also for home information packs.
I found myself arguing with the questions and their meanings and in the end just gave up.

Sorry Mr PH - I have to agree with Colin. I've tried to complete this on 3 occasions - with different questions each time - and I've given up each time. This is pretty unusual as I'm one of those people who fill in every questionnaire that comes in the post, all staff surveys, everything I get by e-mail, and more. I think there may be something amiss in your format. Apologies if I'm out of order.
