We have an hospital appointment today for my wife seems she has been left with a small cancer in hair liver they propose to burn it by inserting a steel needle into the cancer then heating it up to a 1000 degrees by using microwaves I did offer to bring the onions to go with her friend liver but the specialist was to busy laughing to answer me

Sincerely hope all goes to plan for your wife robo.

Great news Robo!

It is really amazing what they can do & what they will do! Lucky us having the NHS & one that doesn't discriminate but gets in there & sorts the problems. I hope your wife is on the mend soon & like you say, life is precious & even with physical changes should be celebrated!

Least of all the current president of the United States, but lets not get political or speculate on his motives

Got a real suprise this morning to find we had a scattering of snow. The first for several years. However the sun and 8c soon saw that off and I did get a bit done outside.

Managed to get down and also managed to finish the raspberry beds - in between sleet & hail showers. Twas pretty nippy though & I couldn't feel my feet, especially after treading in a big puddle.

The raspberries were pretty ungrateful actually so they may not get such care & attention again. One cane sprung back and caught me in the eye & made it bleed. That was not nice, I have not had a bleeding eye ever before but it was not overly painful & I could still see & only a small bit of red on the outside edge of my eye. I may have a black eye tomorrow as have a nice red mark on my eyelid & it's a bit swollen underneath as well.

Take care with that Westi, I'm glad I wear specs as it has saved me more than once from that kind of thing. We had a nice day today, but apart from picking up some farmyard manure, no gardening today
Been gardening for over 65 years and still learning.

Crisp frosty start has given us a lovely sunny day here, ground is still sodden and undigable where it isn't frozen hard.
