Impressive Pawty & really pretty to look at! That wine looks interesting - does that really say 2012 on the label - been down in the cellar?

Hi,
I use a Nigella recipe.
150 g chillies
I50 g red pepper
1 kg jam sugar
600 ml cider vinegar.
Deseed chillies and peppers ( although I substitute the pepper for home grown mild chillies or picanti ) and chop finely (or blitz in the food processor), dissolve the sugar in the vinegar. Heat. Add chillies to the liquid. Bring to boil and let it 'rollick' for 15 min. Cool for 40 min (it should start to go syrupy then more viscose. Put in sterilised jars.
Easy peasy!
