Having finally got the greenhouse up and glazed, it's still a bit of a mess inside, I have found something to keep the OH amused for hours.

On going into the kitchen for a drink.
OH :- "Oo, why is that bit of the greenhouse going up all by itself?" :shock:
Me :- "It's an automatic window opener, when it gets hot it opens the window." :)
OH :- "Does it close it when it get colder?" :roll:
Me :- "Yes." :?
OH : "Oh thats clever." :o
Leave to move plants etc around,

Returning to kitchen about an hour or so later.
OH :- "I've been watching those thingys and they are funny, they keep going up and down." :shock:
Me :- "Oh good they work then." :wink:

Most interest she has shown in gardening for years. :D
So I cut her some lovely Iris's that were getting flogged by the rain. :D

Sounds like our house Peter but in reverse.

Old Man went into the front to weed and pulled up all my oriental poppies, dormant bluebells, daffodils, tulips and left the weeds cos he thought they were flowers.

He leaves it to me now. He will go up and help pull weeds on the lottie but he has to have supervision or the produce will be ripped out.

He's only just remembering not to walk on the produce.

He does his best though, bless him.
