Visited our site over Sunday evening/night. :evil:
Delightful little darlings hit five plots including mine.
Had to rebuild the door jamb on one shed with much longer screws.
Kicked over/about cabbage cage will have to wait till the weekend, as will the uprooted Canes and kick damaged wooden coldframe.

My neighbour had her cheapo greenhouse / polytunnel slit open.
Several more sheds investigated and damaged, other structures also.

Our local rozzers won't accept crime reports from any other than the owner of the affected items.
Really tempted to try and report criminal damage to police station to see how that's handled, but won't waste their time. But I'm not the owner the Chief Constable or PCC is.......

peter. suggest all make individual complaints and insist on a crime no:. will play hell with the local crime figures for Nov.

Last time we got broke into I found the bar the little sh$$ts used to force shed doors I phoned the local jokers who refused to come and finger print it but if there had been blood on it they would come to take DNA to say I was annoyed is an understatement I told them if I found the culprits there would be blood on it but I did not get a reaction, when we had the shop I phoned 999 one night as I was having problems with a gang intent on robbing us they did not respond so next day I went down to the main cop shop and made a written complaint that got action I had six different high ranking officers visit me over the next three weeks all had to make an appointment to see me I messed them about as much as they failed me

Been through it - reported it & then told the others to do it. Eventually they stalked out the site & caught the chicken killers! But never interested in the plants, shed clearances & stuff?

That's awful, sorry to hear that.

I don't bother keeping my shed locked, nothing much in there to steal except some chicken pellets, but others have been subject to theft recently. so many trip hazards on my plot they daren' t go near for fear of tetanus!

The town I live in has in the last few months been subject to break ins, vadilism etc .... A house a few doors down from me was broken into at night along with a few sheds. I didn't sleep well while mr Pawty was away..... But the police are now taking it seriously.

I bought a new car this year - someone obviously didn't like it - they were adding a dent with something like a screw driver to the door every night. Very upsetting to think you're being targeted. Perhaps they were just jealous of my pumpkins!

Let's hope they get caught.
