Its been a long time (far to long) since I posted on the forum
hope everyone has been keeping well 
its going to take some time to get back into the swing of things but please be gentle if I repeat what has already been spoken about 
as I see that there have been thousands of posting and I mean thousands since I was last logged on and I really cannot be going back to read them all
