Hi Primrose, thank you for getting in touch. We emailed our database of forum users last week and I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received this. If you want to get in touch with me directly, please email patkins@mortons.co.uk and I will look into why the email hasn't come through. Have you ever unsubscribed from emails from Kitchen Garden Magazine?

No trouble, easy to navigate round, nice big easy to read sections - looks great in my opinion.
Easier when you save the browser links to favourites as I have had issued in getting onto it but all seems OK now.

Am I missing something, or is there no link back to the Kitchen Garden main page from the forum index ? Once I've found the inconspicuous speech double bubble to get here, there is no return ... ?

There hasn't been since they updated to the newer phpbb version to improve security... But, you may have noticed on most browsers the speach bubble opens the forum in a new tab. I would say all, but I've only tried ie, fire fox, and chrome

By the way admin, I got the site working on my phone. I installed fire fox mobile. And the new site works better on my phone than the old site. Still don't like change, but the new site is growing on me

Hi Tony. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm looking for a way to fix it now...

Phew! At last I have found my way back in to join the fun .....

The site looks ok to me, though it will take some getting used to.

Well I still can't make any sense of it. It says I'm logged in but articles still end in mid sentence. Found something about growing carrots but no mention of Monika. Perhaps I got stuck in the endless recipes (divide the site into growing, eating and other perhaps?). As others have said, going backwards and forwards between here and there seems to require either Peter's links lists or browser bookmarks.

I like the look of the website, however I have two issues with it:
1. I cannot find any link to a "Contact Us" facility, which I wanted to report the following issue:
2. I have tried to create an account using the Zeddit system which requires email address, password (no clues as to what the site needs to create a valid password), customer ID (emails from KG do not quote an ID, so used the number from the bank standing order as I do not have an old magazine envelope) and surname. The Create My Account button remains grey but clicking on it has no effect, nothing happens not even an error message.

What am I doing wrongly? As you can see I have managed to register for the forums.

Thanks for the info. We are looking into this. Your customer ID is a six digit number which will be printed on your magazine address label. If you can't find it, email your surname and postcode to digitaldept [at] mortons.co.uk and we will send it to you.
