That nostalically reminds me of many years ago when we and our next door neighbour in a previous house were both amateur winemakers. We spent one happy Sunday morning swapping glasses over the garden fence and taste testing our various efforts. We all ended up all thoroughly pizzicato !
I have about several pounds of Reisling grapes currentky ripening on the vine but having given all our winemaking equipment away I'm now rather at a loss ro know what to do with them. The grapes have pips in them so I can't oven dry them as sultanas.
End of Summer Bits and Bobs.

Lovely warm sunny day today so I've abandoned all the housework and am going into the garden for a tidy up. The paths need a good weeding to smarten things up a bit and I don't use any herbicides near the veg beds so its more of a challenge.

Twas an ironic question as it was so quiet on here.
