I have some fushia plants (the little known vegetable version) about 6 inches tall. Ive grown them on from plugs got cheap at tesco.

Some are trailing and some bush (by the labels) should I be pinching these out and will the pinches be any good for rooting.

Thanks as ever,

David

Hello David
The answers are yes and yes.
You will probably need to pinch out your plants several times to get them into a good shape before letting them grow on to flowering stage. Although this delays the first flowers its well worth it as you'll a far better specimen in the end.
For cuttings you will need something with 2 - 3 pairs of leaves and remove the lower pair of leaves before inserting it in compost.
