My chillis are in large-ish pots now and are over a foot tall. I plan to keep them indoors on a window ledge and not plant them out. Do they need staking? Do they need feeding? Do they need pinching out like tomatoes? I have grown chillis before but a very long time ago. Don't know what kind they are, but they are from a free seed packet given out with KG last year.
Any advice much appreciated.

Feeding...yes. I use a tomotoe feed and a similar regime to that of toms.
Staking, depends on variety as they can vary a lot. I tend to support them as with luck you will get a heavy yield.
Pinching out, no I have never done so, they bush out well on their own accord.
