It being the day before flaming June starts it is wet and windy so I thought a bit of research could be done. We have been given two Sweet Potato plants that I have planted in the polytunnel so I thought I would see what the magazine had to say about them. That's when I discovered they have dropped the December index to the year, missing from 2013 onwards (obviously a while since I've been looking back). Have I missed something, is it available only if you purchase binders or are they just not bothering?
(I did find a Bob Flowerdew article in May 2014).

Hi Geoff
I'm sorry you've had trouble getting hold of us. Your email should have been automatically forwarded to me, but that didn't happen for some reason. The idea was to publish the index for each year and to leave it for all to see on the site. The idea being to free up space in the mag for more features.
I'm not sure why we are only showing the current season and will ask the question. It may be to do with limitations imposed by the 'back end' of the site where features are loaded, but I'll find out.
In the meantime you may by now have seen a short feature on sweet potatoes in the June issue and in 2013 Andrew Tokely did a Beginner's Guide for us in the May issue pages 22-24. If you don't still have that issue let me know and I may be able to email you a copy of the feature if that helps.
Anyway sorry again for the delay in responding - will endeavour to do better next time

Hi Geoff
An update on my post above. Anyone can access 2013/14 indexes by clicking on feature articles, then feature index and you'll find them there.
Or follow this link:
http://www.kitchengarden.co.uk/news/all ... ture-index
Hope that helps (learned something myself this morning!)

But she is brilliant when it comes to Internet stuff, in fact she's a veritable Webs Wonder
The danger when people start to believe their own publicity is that they often fall off their own ego.
At least travelling under the guise of the Pa Snip Enterprise gives me an excuse for appearing to be on another planet
Lady Lettuce is prone to being a bit of a butterhead when it comes to the forum. She has forgotten her password. She is a Little Gem I would have you know and although a bit loose leaf and frisee at times she is All The Year Round a Webbs Wonderful!
