I'm trying melon this year, I will grow them in the greenhouse at home, which is under used once everything is planted out. I forget which variety it is.

they are lovely flavoured fruits. Grandson used to refer to them as "those ready wrapped up thingies" and loved them.
As Hilary said, they do take up a lot of room though. I never had any problems with them and they seem to have no problems ripening.
