We've just come back from Hong Kong....in the touristy places it was the year of the sheep...with fluffy lambkins and mummy sheep....and in the other places it was horny goats all over the place.

I wonder if it was something they were feeding the goats, that caused the problem....

VERY nice - like a mix of beef and lamb in texture. It's good slow roasted

Yep, like a strong flavoured lamb or mutton. Darker meat.
