Felix, because you showed some interest here are a couple more photo's.
At the moment the stones are loose-ish and I'm having to kick them back into place though what I'm hoping for is that as the earth consolidates it'll hold the stones together. A few splodges of sand/cement mortar may have to be used if that doesn't work.
As you can see by the two levels of raised bed, the new bed started higher up the slope so my choices are to bury one end or lift other.
Thin on the ground you-lot.
