Help. The old greenhouse lean-too has started to leak [rubber seals going] Need a clear liquid gunge that can be painted along the glass panes with a long handled brush. :( :( :(

What about clear wood varnish?

I assume you mean you can't reach to do it with clear basic builders silicone (e.g. No Nonsense). I can't think of a paintable product, you could perhaps try a bit with PVA adhesive but I'm not sure about weathering.

Not very good with these DIY suggestions but would transparent duct tape do it? It has worked wonders on the cover of my mini plastic greenhouse?
