Made my first lot of pumpkin soup on Saturday. Yummy!

Now i'm not boasting, but i have a pumpkin that weighs over 30 kilos, not sure what i am going to do with it.
I have to keep moving it about with a very strong sack-barrow...

You have me beat with your 30kg pumpkin as mine is 27.7kg or 62.5lbs and will be making a rather large pot of soup
and hopefully the rest we will manage to get in the freezer

Wow Geoff! I remember those from when you last posted the pic! Still can't believe it! did thay make for good eating?
I have only one, rather small pumpkin this year, but I am still keen to make something delicious with it. Apart from soup and the US sweet pie (which I don't like), what else can be done please?
