Catherine has an umbrella on hers and sits and reads the newspaper; I have a rocking chair in my shed picked up from a charity shop for a fiver.

What's your luxury item on the allotment?

A shaded spot tucked away behind fruit bushes and bee plants, flat, grassed and with an old plastic sack under an old rug, the perfect peaceful spot to relax between jobs. :D

Just being down there away from work - I sit down the back under the hedge row & watch the wildlife for a few minutes at the start & the finish of my weeding etc. & every stress I think I have is put into perspective!

Nothing quite as good for the soul after a week of excel, word, problem management, compliance and security issues, as ripping up some weeds in the hot sun, then laying on your back cooling off in the shade watching swifts arcing across the clear blue sky. :D
