Does anyone know of a good outlet for old copies of KG? I have 10 years worth of back issues and they are breaking my bookshelves!

E-bay?? I pass mine on, as do the folk I give them to - but on reflection they are a better resource than any book I've ever bought! Public gardening figures (ie: tv folk) might tell us what to do but 'real gardeners' tell us the hard truth - it isn't easy but gives you the courage to keep on trying from their experiences & successes!

Good morning Peter, thank you for those kind and thoughtful words, i will treasure them. :)

Just one thing though, when you posted about getting wet shorts in another post, this is something you will be getting used to now, as you are now heading in to your later years. :)
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Thank you to all for your suggestions - I will probably keep a few and pass the rest on.

Drop some copies off at your dentist or doctor's waiting room, spread some allotment-related happiness to calm the nerves.
Allotment, but little achieved.
