It's over a month since I posted an update. We have used most of the potatoes that were prominent in May, well pleased with those. The peas have gone mad. The ones you can see are Feltham First, supposedly 18" high, two meals off them so far. Anybody know a dwarf pea that is early and is likely to stay dwarf? Behind them is a row of mangetout Delikett which is a fantastic find, not quite as tall as the FF but more than double the advertised 25" but yielding masses of delicious pods that we can't keep up with. The tomatoes are starting to romp away and the first gherkins are in salt from the plants on the lhs. Top left are Cobra beans, the joints are a bit long, it will be interesting to see what they do.

Dear Retropants, it might just be easier to arrange some coach trips to Geoffs.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.
