Been buying my toothpaste from the Pound shop, 105ml, over the months it has gradually shrunk down to 100ml, now 50ml. Now buying elsewhere.
I didn't realise that Steradent had become so expensive!

Yes, I think all the manufacturers have been downsizing their products over the past few months to avoid appearing to be implementing price increases which the public seem to be far more aware of than products decreasing in size.
One of the craftiest examples of this is OXOs. Has anybody noticed that they used to be little square cubes?. Now they have little ridges carved out of them which makes them look rather like the lette X I bet some marketing guy got big bonus for that idea saying "Here chaps, we can carve the cubes to look make them look cute like an X in Oxo but the bonus is that we actually remove 10% of the product at the same time so we can charge the same for less."
Sorry Sunshine, but I spotted it straight away and I'm sure lots of other canny consumers have too.

The trouble with them is, Brasso is in smaller tins too.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.
