VPM - It's got to be cling film! Not only is it hard to use but ends up in the sea killing wildlife; mammals included. Only thing worse is the plastic things around beer cans!

Mixed materials annoy me. Not only do I want to see a lot more compostable packaging materials but I want each carton to be recyclable in the same way, so if park is cardboard (compostable) any bit which is attached must also be compostable (think of sandwhich cartons with transparent windows or juice containers with plastic liners). if a particular type of plastic, the rest needs to recycle through the same process.
Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

I should also say that I agree with Tony's point about tools/implements which are not fit for purpose, just produced as cheaply as possible.

peat-free & reduced peat composts....... absolute rubbish & useless to work with !
My pet hate is ringing some company and being offered 6 options. Select one and get another 6 or so.
Eventually, when you get routed to whichever department you need, you're left on hold with (usually) dire music for company, interspersed with "your call is important to us but all our operatives are busy...blah blah". Then they offer a web site you can go to!
I'm a dinosaur! I want to speak to a real person who can hopefully help me.
Technology is wonderful but I much prefer to deal with stuff person to person.
And don't get me started on unsolicited marketing phone calls from another country....

Hardly "unemployable" then

Especially annoying when you are ringing BT to report the fact that your broadband connection isn't working

Corn beef cans that you never completely open before the tab breaks.

I agree with all of the above and would like to add...
Metal coat hanger in a pile which get tangled.
Constant cold callers on the phone who tell you you have got some PPI money to come to you (and texts on the mobile also) I have never taken out PPI so stop calling me - I am also on that telephone preferencing service.
Jet2 who charge 60p per minute for a call to their help department and before you get through you have to listen to a long list of information which lasts a minute. Then they dont help
And also charge for everything from booking your seat to your luggage and the price you initially see is not the end price.

Long term predicted weather forecasts, and all the hype that goes with it. What happened to all the droughts we where meant to be changing our lives for.

Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.
