While you're enjoying that welcome sun a report from NW Wales. Pitch dark at 5.15 this morning. Dark clouds now, a strong, cold wind blowing fog in from the bay, and rain forecast on and off this week. But am I complaining? What do you think

Beautiful Blue Sky Day here - not a cloud anywhere.

So the NW in your "NW Wales" location actually stands for Nice Wet Wales?

We need just two more days to complete the miracle of gathering our hay crop. We have had write-off only about 20% and this is the miracle.
There is masses of what I call run-of-the-mill hay and a lot of work needed to get the grass back into good fettle. We normally have a late Silage crop later in the year. Looking at what we have to work with this may not be possible this year.
JB.

The Internet's getting frightening.
I'm quite used to looking for prices for things then every other site I go to showing adverts for them. Yesterday I cut the hedge. Today I got a special offer for a hedge trimmer. How did they know?
Could be a coincidence of course.

We're overcast and warm but no rain so far and the sun is trying to break through. If it succeeds Geoff I'll be sure and tell it to go pay you a visit

After a few warm(ish) days it's back to "summer" again. Daytime around 15C forecast and plenty of rain on the horizon. Only 9C this morning.
