You're right: if you don't sow/plant them, the veg definitely don't grow - that is the other factor! The only things I put in were potatoes, which are doing ok, and peas, which either rotted in the rain or were eaten by the rabbits. The right conditions for the planting just haven't coincided with the limited time that I've had free this year. :(

Still, the soft fruit is looking ok still, so if we get another spell of sunny weather, all is not yet lost.

Difficult to get it all in Geoff but I have 25 rods in all. This is about 20 rods but doesn't quite show it all and I have attached one of the smaller plot of 5 rods.
