Well I didn't achieve a months work in a day.
...but we did get the lawn edging done, and then sorted a little corner of border that I hadn't got done last October...and then had a hoe through the big border that I had got split and sorted back then. It was only just on the edge of go-able...but back in October it was dry as dust two forks depth down..!!

All the membrane & carpet moved from plot 18 to 17 or the dispose of heap. All my paths and the car-path strimmed, ran out of juice ten yards short of the finish and had to refuel.
Bindweed area revealed on 18 that will be allowed to grow before being treated to a paintbrush or two of glyphosate.
Tomorrow, much as Clive alluded, I am spoilt for choice as to what to do.

I got the front lawn mowed this morning...with an old Hayter Harrier 16" that an old school friend gave me at Christmas
no doubt in an effort to clear their shed and clutter mine up.
..there's had to be a mower shed reshuffle today.
Tomatoes planted in the greenhouse and Early Onward Peas have had wire net erected on one side and Ash sticks pushed in on the other side of the row...bit short of sticks...just haven't got down to our fields to coppice any...seems I tend to be at work every day........
I got the 2nd early, as maincrop, Potatoes hilled last night..their rate of growth over the last 2 days has been immense..after being stationary.
I still haven't got the Radeo Peas in..
been too wet and Mum has some Wallfowers, that didn't make it to the front garden, in the way.
Some new 8ft canes purchased from the little local nursery/garden centre this morning...good to see a few other cars pulling up there in the sunshine.
Compost mixed for some brassica sowing tomorrow....
