I have been suffering from cant be botheritus this year think its the long dark months to be honest .but have finally spent the day down on the lotty and planted all my potatoes onion sets and sown carrots and Parsnips that havent germinated for two years I hasten to add,so have tried putting seed compost in the drills this year to see if it helps all be it a bit late in the season but did read you could sow up till May .
Tomorrow have to prick out all the other seedlings in the green house ,bit behind but sure I will catch up .
Has anyone else felt like me this year I really am lacking motivation am alright once I get down there though

Quite the opposite Fushsia, i should be digging new potatoes in about two weeks, i thought that would cheer you up. But really everybody is running late this year compared to the last few years. I am sure when the weather warms up and your veg starts growing you will soon have the get up and go back that your missing at the moment.
Another thought is that you will be enjoying new potatoes when mine have finished. You will have to remind me of that in a couple of months.
Now thats enough of the nice stuff, get a grip of yourself and start doing some gardening. Only joking.

Kind regards the counsellor, Old Herbaceous.
