I have grown outdoor cucumbers on my allotment successfully from seed from Marshalls called Gracius. They are no longer offering this variety and have not answered my e mail so I wondered if anyone can recommend a good reliable variety (other than the old ridge burpless one) as Gracius was so good. ...

Has anyone successfully grown and harvested Yard long beans. I tried them this year on our allotment outside and in the polytunnel with absolutely no success. I know the season was the worst for years but wondered if any one else had more luck.Thankyou Barbara
