I can be found in Tebay North most Saturday mornings around 09.00 - 10.00.Usually drowning in a cup of coffee and a sandwich before heading to Stranraer or Carnryan for a boat home. 8)

The service station is Tebay on the M6, it's fantastic, a real breath of fresh air. As one who drives HGV's at the weekend I can recomend Tebay or as it is signposted Westmoorland Services. Slightly off topic - can someone tell me the logic of buying a diet drink along with a choclate bar? You know what I mean a Mars bar and a Diet coke . Why? Does the diet coke cancell out the calories in the Mars bar?

I grew this last year and some of the roots are still in the ground, but the tops look like they are starting into growth. Will they still be OK to eat or have I left it too late now?
