The service station is Tebay on the M6, it's fantastic, a real breath of fresh air. As one who drives HGV's at the weekend I can recomend Tebay or as it is signposted Westmoorland Services. I grew this last year and some of the roots are still in the ground, but the tops look like they are starting into growth. Will they still be OK to eat or have I left it too late now?
