Thanks for all your good wishes. Dusted off my passport and had a day out in God's own county. The morning was beautifully sunny and we had as good views in the Dales as I think we have ever had. I'm going to try and post a stitched together panorama of Swaledale from above Thwaite on the Buttertubs road
Maybe a simple photo of the middle of the view shows it off better
We did most of Swaledale and some of Wensleydale and Wharfedale, all in all a glorious birthday day out.
