Hi everyone :D

Last night I was reading all the postings when I came across one by a Mike Stone titled the greatest forum ever :)
I was about to read it when the phone rang, as I was on the phone a while my laptop went on standby, when I open it up again could I find the posting No gone :? :? vanished into thin air :? :?
Will someone please tell me that I have not lost the plot   There was a posting

Regards

Kevin

I saw it as well.
It contained a link to another site and this one was full of links to commercial sites. That's probably why it's been taken down by the mods.
You haven't lost it Kevin - all is well!

John is correct. :D

One of the forum rules is no commercial activity.
People adding selling websites on signatures and pushing the same in postings attract moderation.
For clarity, established members recommending from experience are not the same as couple of posts then plug something joiners.
Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.

It's a timely reminder to please be cautious of new posters who place links in their posts.

If you see a new poster (you can see the number of times they have posted under the details on left) - posting weblinks and generic wording like 'Awesome site' - DO NOT click on the links.

We don't get many spammers thanks to the registration question and captcha (the annoying code image you see), so it's easy to get complacent - but even with the latest anti-virus software there are sites that can infect your PC very quickly.
