Squillions of sparrows - 2011

Well, maybe not as many at the moment as last year, but the first broods are out in some numbers, hanging around the feeders and demanding to be fed seeds by the cocks. I'm sure by the time we get the second brood in a few weeks there'll be squillions :D :D

They have been giving Old Codgers Beetroot a hammering again.

Well, after 6 years next doors sparrows have actually found our bird feeders! There is hope for them yet.

I must admit, they can't be that fussy if they are on Codgers allotment. :)
