Portugese Cabagge AKA as Couve Tronchuda

Hello

Can anyone assist? I would like to grow this cabbage, an old mild type where you cooked the leves and stalks separately and apparently does not have a cabbage smell during cooking.

Several sites were suggested when I googled it but they don't seem to do it anymore. Seems quite popular in America

Any ideas?
