Hi
We moved house in October and its my first garden, Im keen to grow my own fruit and vegetables and have built 3 raised beds, 3meters x 1 meter. I also have some bags to grow potatoes in, and planning on growing tomatoes in a grow bag with buckets.
MY question is, what should I plant together in the raised beds, and how many plants do you think I need ( there are two of us)

Im thinking
bed 1 - brocolli (4plants), calabrese (5 plant), cabage (2 plants)

bed 2 - courgette (2 plant), onions red, onions white, spring onions, garlic, peas (not sure of how many of these)

bed 2 - leeks, carrots, onions (around the carrots), parsnips, beetroot, sweetcorn, lettuce

would also like to fit somewhere cucumber, pepper.

And raspberries and strawberries along a spare bit of flower bedding.

Is this ok, or would you suggest otherwise?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum New_Gardener, that sounds a magnificent start to me!!

I consider myself a newbie gardener so I won't be offering any advice to you , but our very experienced members on here will be sure to. To help them you may like to add your location to your profile as that seems to be one of the first things the wise ones often ask new member to do. :D :D

You can do it by going into User Control Panel.

Good luck with the growing :D
Kind regards,

Elle

Welcome to the forum. My only comment would be to be a little wary of the courgettes. I think plans will be plenty for two of you but they do spread out a lot and have a nasty habit of smothering everything nearby so I would plant your onions and spring onions as far away from them as possible. As the peas will be quite tall, I think they'll be able to survive the courgettes once they get going.
