Is anyone else as irritated (polite way of putting it) as I am by the latest convenience food aimed at kids?

VIDEO

When I first saw it I thought Toast Me! was piece of flavoured bread - it turns out to be something even more scary

How about the oldest convenience food?

A piece of fruit.

There are some truely irritating adverts running at the moment some of which have provoked a "furry radio" reaction from me.

Billy Connolly used to do a routine about disagreeing with interviewees on breakfast Radio 4, stating how all his portable radios ended-up "furry" as they became "pebble-dashed with muesli" from him reacting to broadcast fatuity: " What the f***....." and "Oh you do say..."
Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.

Has anyone actually seen Toast Me yet?

We've spent over a month looking in innumerable freezers in many shops and still there is none to be seen. Perhaps even the supermarkets think it's a snack too far!

I've seen neither the advert or the "food" for which I can only be grateful!

I was in Iceland a few weeks ago and they were selling party platters of frozen sandwiches!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i mean to say, ffs, how long does it take to make a load of sandwiches. It's just sheer laziness.

My kids have never had convenience food like that ever, even as babies they had whatever we were having.
Lots of love

I've seen the advert. Oh dear. I'm sure the product probably tastes as awful as it looks. What next, instructions on loaves of bread?
