Absolutely. Dark chocolate (60% or more cocoa) with chilli or ginger. Yum. I got some one year with chilli and lime, surprisingly nice !

For my money, you cant beat dark chocolate with lavender in. Absolutley scrummy, although I admit it's an acquired taste. And a nice big box of Thorntons or Lily O'Brians and any lady will be totally yours gentlemen and I use the term "gentelmen" loosly here

I find that the direct approach is better. Tell them what you want or, better still, go and buy it yourself then get them to hand the cash over :D

I'm with Tony. Dark chocolate with chili or ginger is my favourite, but I enjoy anything with hard centres or liquor in them, especially dark chocolate covered Brazil nuts.

Better stock up now. Chocolate is one of those VATable items so will be even more expensive after January 1st when the VAT rate goes up.

Dark chocolate with roast almonds for me. Or good, dark chocolate covering liqueur cherries. Just two or three will do, too many get too sickly.

I'm afraid I'm a white chocolate girl - but has to be the one from those
master chocolateirs with coconut in it. Haven't seen it in the UK for ages and used to stock up when everyone went on booze cruises to France but it also became unavailable from that route about 18 months ago so
I just keep looking, hoping ......mmmmm! :) :) :)

Chocolate without Turkish Delight is like a rose without scent.
