After Lizzie's trueful comments about my weight, which are a little true, my six pack was starting to look a little more like a six pack of Wall's, it will only be five sausages for me today, but a couple of extra slices of bacon instead.

I don't want to out of peak performance for when we finally meet, that would never do.
