Googling agricultural water rates b rings up nothing significant; what are agricultural water rates?

If cost is your worry, then consider helping water retention, adding lots of compost to increase water holding capacity, and mulching and close planting so there is very little bare soil, minimising water loss. This approach
helped my plants survive a period of drought earlier this year without need to water the ground, though pots needed watering once or twice a day - less in pots next year for me, and more under mulch

Hi plot 100

I am not 100% sure on this :roll: but I have read somewhere to qualify for agricultural water rates has something to do with not having any taps on site :shock: you are only allowed water troughs with a ball cock in them resulting you having to use a watering can and no hose pipes :roll:
