Spicy parsnip soup is good, so is parsnip and apple. I don't have a recipe as such, but its just parsnip, onions and stock and throw some apples in. Yum

My recipe

Pear &Parsnip Soup

Oven roast sliced onion ,chopped fresh pepper of your choice sliced parsnip and chopped pear..

Then bring to boil with veg stock then add to slow cooker to cook.

Nice and tasty so easy to make.
